Bee Easy Visions: November 2015

Miami, FL: The 8^th Annual Diaspora Arts Coalition Awards Gala was the place to be. It was an event filled with culture and class. Hosted by DAC’s President and Secretary, Johnny Sanders and Nakai Woods-Kelly. This event was held on Saturday, October 24^th at the Miami Shores Country Club. The night consisted of awards, dinner, dancing and honoring the 2015 Community Ambassadors of Miami Dade County. The event was truly a night to remember with special guest singer, D.A. Smith and Soul Therapy who took the stage by storm and guest hitting the dance floor.

Diaspora Arts Coalition (DAC) is a not-for-profit service organization that supports Artists and Arts organizations. The mission of the DAC is to empower the arts community of the African American and Caribbean Diaspora to preserve its culture and heritage. This is achieved through education, marketing, advertising, performance, presentation, technical support, capacity building, audience development, training, artist development and advocacy.
